Locusa was founded in Dallas/Fort Worth. We now service customers across the entire state of Texas, with Locusa’s home office remaining in Fort Worth.

Locusa founder, Jorge Mendez set out with a mission to start an insurance agency different than any other. Locusa started as a small family business and has grown not only is size, but more importantly, in its community impact throughout Texas.

With nearly 20 years of industry experience, the Locusa team is very well equipped to advise and help you in your journey with Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security retirement, and state/federal subsidies. Our customer focused team personalizes every interaction to your needs, while maintaining a high level of industry knowledge, resourcefulness and professionalism.

We understand that everyone is different and has unique needs and wants. For this reason, our mission is to help people by taking a holistic look at their current healthcare coverage, health needs, lifestyle, and other factors to determine the best fit solution for each individual.
